Suburban Outcast Films, an independent film production company led as a side-project by TechniArtist Media owner Patrick A. McIntire needs a simple core website to showcase its current projects.
Always on the backburner, and for some reason never live, Version 2003 of SOF! has been sitting neglected in a sole Photoshop file for over the last 2 years.
